Auckland is currently at Level 3.
Please expect delivery delays of up to five working days for items in and out of Auckland
All orders will be processed in 1-2 weeks (I'm a one-man band so depending on the volume of orders it may take somewhere within this timeframe) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Refunds will not be given for wrong input of address by the customer or change of mind.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
We ONLY offer shipping within NZ
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery-
Standard letter mail for stickers (3-5 working days) $3.50
Courier for A5/Square prints and accessories (3-5 working days) $5.00
We will endeavor to make sure on our end your order is handled with care, packed with care, and delivered to the courier with care. However, once your order is in the courier's hands we cannot 100% ensure its safe arrival or arrival at all in some cases. If you find yourself in this position please don't hesitate to contact us.
Refunds
In the rare case that items become damaged during the postal process, the item/s damaged will be replaced and re-sent with adequate proof that the damage occurred due to the courier. If items that are broken are not in stock or are the last of the stock the customer may choose something of equal value, wait for the restock, choose to have the credit of the value of the damaged item/s to spend in-store, or a refund of the damaged item/s.
Refunds will not be issued for change of mind or customers inputting the wrong address.
